• Customer Support will provide an RMA Number that needs to get printed and put in the box and outside the box.
• Print the RMA Number that was emailed to you and attach to outside of the box and send to the appropriate address based on your specific location (items must be received by Newmen within 14 days of issuing the RMA):Newmen
